Here's who I am & what I do

Hi, I’m Marcie, a User Experience researcher and designer with a focus in health care. I have been working since 2010 to improve the digital experience for patients.

I help care teams hear from their patients through focus group facilitation, survey design and implementation, and patient interviews.
